
Decadent Chocolate Bundt Cake
My new digs are bundt cakes for birthdays and every reason in between. Free yourself girl and get a chocolate cake, from scratch recipe, that will become everyone's favorite bundt-iful dessert. This one's a keeper.

Ingredients

- 1 cup (8 ounces) butter
- 1/3 cup (1 ounce) Dutch-processed cocoa
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 13/4 cups granulated sugar
- 11/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 large eggs at room temperature
- 4 oz bitter sweet chocolate (60% cocoa) finely chopped
Glaze
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Place the chocolate and honey in a bowl. Put the heavy cream and sugar in a small saucepan and heat it over medium heat until sugar is fully dissolved. Pour warm cream and sugar mixture onto the chocolate and honey mixture and stir it until smooth and silky.
