
Velvety Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 8 tsp sugar
- 4 tsp baking cocoa
- 4 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla
- cinnamon to taste
- kosher salt to taste
- whipping cream to taste
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, milk and marshmallows. Cook over medium heat and stir continuously until marshmallows are melted (about 7 minutes.) Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla.

Pour into mugs. Add whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon and a dash of kosher salt.
